I had one of these for about five years and lost it at a venue. Had to get another (and a spare). I play a lot of slide guitar and this makes it very easy to switch to and from the slide when you're trying to keep the music flowing.

.Simple, works as expected. But - inserting the slide holder does spread the pick holder part a bit, so only the bottom 2/3rds are tight enough to hold a pick. Solution: buy a second one without the pick holder and use 'em both.

.I was playing keyboards as well as guitar for several years and had a built in desk to hold the picks and slide. My situation changed so I purchased this. I've had pick holders before and they worked really well. This one is really difficult to get the picks in. I've broken several medium size picks. It's impossible to get picks in at the top where the slide yoke fits in. I used a screwdriver to pry it open a little more. Problem solved.

The slide holder works like it should but it's not fast enough. I'm in a three piece band. The problem being the slide resting upside down. I cut the top off a medicine bottle and taped it to the stand. The slide rests right side up and I can stick my finger in and put it back quickly. Before, I tended to just drop the slide after a solo rather than try to invert the slide and get in on the peg. This works much better. And, it was free.
