Was not at all what I expected materials were cheap
And item was well overpriced. It was thin and short I do not advise anyone
To purchase this item I feel Fender really sold us a bill of goods on this one

.It works as designed, but it is way way over priced for a thin pad and flimsey plastic neck, I guess you are paying for the Fender logo.

.Maybe I just got a lemon, but this item had a really disgusting smell to it. I didn't even want to have to deal with it so I just threw it away. What a waste.

.One of the end caps for the storage tube this item came in, was missing & so was the neck support. This item is more expensive than its worth ! Very cheap stuff. Bad enough, but the packer not catching the lost cap & neck support,oh well ! I'm returning it tomorrow. Don't waste your time & money on this item. Fender should be ashamed.

.The rubber mat is thin and cheap. I placed a guitar on end and the rear strap button cut a hole through the mat! Use a piece of carpet instead. And get a neck rest elsewhere.

.This thing is fantastic and I love it, its so handy when I want to do some work on any of my guitars, and becoming an up and coming tech. learning the tricks of the trade, it just makes it that much easier
I mean it doesn't do much but it's a huge help to any do it yourself kinda guy.
Its basically a little mat and a pad you put down to prop up your guitar and work on it without needing to think twice about getting it scratched up.
Kind of expensive but I got it as a gift and its much better than buying something more expensive and serious.
